1. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is as follows for Website and E-commerce development:

• 50% Advance Payment: On project initiation.
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon completion of development and before hosting live.

Refund Policy

1 ) For Advance Payments (50%)

• Given the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.This advance payment is non-refundable once the project is initiated.
• A refund on the 50% advance payment is applicable only within 24 hrs of order confirmation.

2 ) For Milestone & Final Payments (50%)

• The 50% final payment is collected upon project development completion and deployment.
• These payments are non-refundable once the project is approved and delivered.

 Refund Policy for SEO & Digital Marketing Services

• SEO is a long-term process, and results depend on various external factors. Refund requests for SEO services are only applicable after a minimum of 6 months of continuous service.
• After 6 months, clients may decide to discontinue their SEO service, and billing for future months will stop.
• However, no refunds will be issued for the current or past months, as SEO requires ongoing investment, planning, and execution.

Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking – The amount will be credited back to the respective account within 7-10 working days.
• If a refund delay occurs after confirmation, clients should contact their bank for further assistance.
