Scope of Services

• We offer website design and development, eCommerce websites, custom web solutions, and digital marketing, including SEO, managing Ad campaigns and creative banners for social media.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to separate charges.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary materials (content brief, product images, branding, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Any delay in providing required inputs may affect project timelines.
• Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content, media, or third-party assets provided to us.

Revisions & Modifications

• We provide revisions as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.
• Major structural or functional changes after project approval may require additional cost and time.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design and content.
• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
• Any custom-built features or proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of IntelliJ Technologies.

Project Timelines & Delivery

• Estimated project completion times are provided at the start but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing information) may extend the project timeline

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or that infringes, violates, or advocates the infringement of any third-party rights.

You are not permitted to create frames around our developed web pages that modify their visual presentation or appearance without obtaining prior written approval from us.

Additionally, if the website's admin access is handed over, we are not liable for any modifications, changes, or third-party integrations made by the client or other parties that result in unexpected issues, malfunctions, or security risks. If the client requires our assistance to resolve such issues, it will be considered a paid service subject to additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from website downtime, security breaches, or third-party service failures.
• IntelliJ Technologies shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the fees paid by the client.

Disputes Resolution

• If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Termination of Services

• Termination by the client may result in forfeiture of payments made.
• We reserve the right to discontinue services if the client violates these terms or engages in unethical practices.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
